I noticed an interesting effect between change app title on Google Play and Google Ads.
Every time when I change the name of the application, Google Ads has better performance about 90%. More Views, Installs, lower CPC, but this “good times” keeps only 1 week circa. After that the ads performance go down.
For example: App Name1 has poor performance > change name to Name2 > good performance for 1 week, then poor performance of Name2 > change name to Name1 > good performance for 1 week, then poor performance of Name1 > etc over and over.
The settings of Google Ads campaigns are without changes.
