Wondering if anyone could help…

Use Hubspot currently to manage a client base of existing clients and use the conversation functionality for shared inboxes, with SLAs and auto ticket assignment based on company owner to assign the emails to respective reps. It works really well becuase on the company view it shows all the correspondance from said client. I’m looking at alternatives due to increase costs of hubspot, which is costing over 3k a month for a team of 30.

I can’t seem to find any CRMs with the same functionality so tightly integrated, the closest I can find is Zoho + Zoho Desk, but it’s still basically 2 separate platforms and just isn’t as slick.

Any help would be appreciated.
