I am trying to create some form of automation for events I run at my company.
The current flow is: Attendee registers via form on WP –> I am sent a confirmation email –> Attendee is auto-added to a SharePoint list –> Attendee is auto-sent a confirmation email –> I manually add the attendee into the outlook calendar invite for this event –> I track manually whether they have accepted/rejected calendar invite
The part of the flow I would like to improve/automate is where I manually add the attendee into the calendar event and keep tabs on their response, also I may occasionally need to amend the event invite with a new location/new time/or remove it entirely.
There must be a way to simplify this process but I cannot find one! Any help would be greatly appreciated 🙂
