I feel like I’m lacking skills and when looking for new jobs, it’s like I never have what they want. I’ve been in marketing for 5 years, now sitting as a marketing specialist and want to move to manager level. I’ve done:

  • social media ( from strategy, to content creation photography/videogrpahy, editing, copywriting, scheduling, social media management). Don’t it enough and now don’t enjoy it and want to do other areas of marketing
  • events (end to end) but don’t enjoy it anymore
  • copywriting
  • content creation (creating flyers, designing emails, ofts, landing pages
  • campaigns end to end
  • managing a small team of people

I don’t know what I should be learning more of because: SEO, SEM – isn’t it being taken over by AI?

I just feel stuck in what I should be learning skills wise that will help me achieve my goals of becoming a chief marketing officer, but also growing right now to manager role.

Thanks in advance
