Wondering if someone might be able to help. Some users (not all) aren’t able to see all accounts, when looking at the below active accounts default view (it is the same few accounts that appear for all). There are 1250 accounts in the system that I can see via advanced find. I have checked the filtering and the only filter is status active. Other accounts also don’t appear when searching via the categorised search. All users are the on the same role. I have had users clear their cache and this seemed to fix the issue for some users but not all.
