Do you know the feeling, when things that should be easy turn out to be… Unnecessarily complicated? Or even impossible?

For example, I used to work in a company, where we were tracking customers’ interactions with the product. It could have helped me greatly in my work, but accessing that data was impossible! It was incredibly frustrating to know the potential insights we were sitting on, yet unable to utilize them.

I’m curious to hear: do you have stories like that? Things that should be straightforward in your work, but end up unnecessarily complicated?
Or things that you thought at first would be easy, but turned out to be super annoying?
