Hi google ads gurus, I’m currently helping a friend with his google ads campaign, and notice he has all the campaigns setup as smart campaigns which limit what i can control (bidding strategy) for example I dont have ability to edit ad groups.

Do I need to delete the old campaigns to create them on expert mode?
