I have had a marketing degree for a while now but I don’t even get interviews for marketing jobs when I apply…not at all. Some of you have told me to get certifications but why do I need to have certifications when I have a degree and will certifications be enough to get me a job? I didn’t get internships while in school because I got turned down for the ones I applied for. They are kinda hard to get. It seems that there are a lot of scam marketing jobs out there that are advertised as entry level and there are very few actual entry level marketing jobs (especially ones that aren’t sales).
