My company currently uses Zendesk for support but we need to change due to some poor management from them.

I am looking for a CRM that will be able to support mainly chats with email follow-ups and calling preferably with recording capabilities. We need API plug-ins and We need API plug-ins and the ability to build custom automations and workflows. I would also like to be able to receive and send emails from different email aliases from that CRM. For example the customer support team would have [email protected], whereas our marketing team would have [email protected] and be able to use/send/receive emails independently of one another. Need to be able to set business hours and have a FAQ center for our clients. I’m sure there’s other things that I’m missing but hopefully you get the gist of it.

I’ve been seeing many companies using Intercom right now and love their integrated FAQ center/chat bot. Does anyone have experience using the latest version of Intercom?
