I’m doing freelance/project based Marketo work and am about to quote my first email series project to a client (we’ve worked on a few other things and are now working on email comms).

For those of your on agency side or freelancing – what sort of contracts are you pulling together to ensure your clients’ contact lists are protected appropriately? I’m wanting to ensure that my clients and I are meeting our privacy obligations but I’ve only ever worked within businesses before. It’s all a brave new world!

I’ll Google/look around but thought I’d check with you folks first.
