Japan’s Consumer Affairs Agency has issued sanctions against Riway. From August 3rd, Riway is prohibited from operating in Japan for six months. The CAA’s decision was issued following observation of “chain sales transactions”, in violation of Japan’s Commercial Transactions Law.
