As global peanut butter brand Skippy continues to celebrate its 90th birthday, its Singapore arm is ramping up the fun with exclusive Skippy plushies and a claw machine. Shaped just like Skippy peanut butter jars, the adorable soft toys are ready to be clawed across the country.
The toys feature some of Skippy’s all-time favourite variants, such as Creamy, Chunky, Chocolate Stripe, and Grape Stripe. Additionally, the Skippy plushies are bigger than a jumbo jar of Skippy, so fans can hug their favourites to sleep.
Collaborating with Fun Claw Singapore, visitors can claw these limited-edition plushies from 15 Fun Claw machines island-wide. Locations include Bugis Junction, Plaza Singapura, Jurong Point, Jewel Changi, The Seletar Mall, and more.
Besides that, ten winners who enter the lucky draw will win a year’s supply of Skippy peanut butter and four SuperPark tickets. For long-time dedicated fans of Skippy, a Skippy plushie and these perks are a must-seize opportunity.
Before the brand’s 90th anniversary plushies, Skippy Singapore released a line of exclusive brand caps. The white and beige caps came free when buyers purchase a Skippy 1kg Creamy or Chunky spread.
Skippy Philippines also celebrated the brand’s birthday with award-winning cookbook author Tatung Sarthou. The chef created unique recipes using Skippy, like a spicy peanut chicken pizza, a chocolate peanut butter cake, and a chicken satay burger with Hoisin peanut butter.
