We launched/ switched 66% of our add spend to pmax Friday and I am kind of panicking. I’ve got an e-commerce store.

We had been doing shopping ads (and some search/display) for years with success, but the last few months have been a little slower so we decided it was time to have an agency look at our ads and they really though pmax was the answer (we got the same opinion from 2 companies before we pulled the trigger on one).

We’ve spent $500 between Saturday-Monday (3 full days of spend) with $0 in sales. We spend around $7k a month in ads. We average $30-$35k in sales typically.

I know it’s in the learning phase, but how long do we really have to wait to see results? Im now rethinking this and wishing we would have stuck with our shopping ads.
