For background, I am a manager and have worked in the same PR agency for almost six years now. I manage a pretty successful team and most of my clients have been with the agency for a long time. For the most part, everything in my world is smooth, but man does the stress hit hard sometimes. I carry guilt for something my team let slip that I should have caught. Or not meeting a client goal. Or getting put through the wringer by my director. I need to learn how to disconnect and let go, but my mind won’t stop racing sometimes. Any tips????
