We have a client, a Medical Laboratory that had Smart campaigns for some time running and they were converting pretty well. My First thought was to change them to search campaigns so we could have more control, improve CTR, CPC, conversions and so on.
But sadly his traffic has decreased by 20% in the first month of running.
Should we pause the smart campaigns altogether and leave the new Search one?
The smart campaign seems so good as it shows the call extension every single time. Something that I haven’t been able to achieve with Search campaigns 100% of times.
