Our company has recently started using Salesforce. I can’t help but feel like our rate per license is exceptionally high. I was informed if we buy licenses in bundles we would get better rates. We bought a bundle of 11 and will be increasing as our company transitions. They want to keep our high rate for the 11 we already have and discount us for future licenses added. Does anyone have good tips for negotiating better rates with them? Over $100 per license seems steep to me for a CRM. Thank you to anyone who takes the time out of your day to respond.
