Having trouble finding a CRM that lets us organize and connect the data we collect from our customers when we meet them.

I have a service business that meets customers on site, we take measurements using Excel, take pictures/videos, and sometimes use google sheets.

Currently we use Google drive, create a folder labeled “Customer name”, organize the folders by month. Then add the excel file, Pics/videos files, other files to the folder.

Searching for a CRM that lets us connect the folder (not individual files) to the customer profile. Ideally be able to open and edit the excel file and save it from within the CRM. Take pictures in the CRM app and have them automatically save in the folder.
