Hi, I’m new to the whole CRM space which is why I want recommandations. I run a service dog training agency, which gets emotionally challenged people public access for their dogs. I have 5 employees and have been relying on my memory and a couple notepads to sync everything from leads, data collection, orders, scheduling training sessions with customers & trainers as well as follow-ups. With now over 60 active service dogs and new potential customers reaching out every day, it gets challenging. I would like to be able to input customer informations through a CRM that gets their profile into a “funnel(?)” automatically reminding me and the other employees what the next steps are for said customer, at every step of the way. Also helping with scheduling. Would be best if it connects with Google Workspace. Any suggestions ?
