Does anyone use their CRM as their primary means of communication for literally everyone/everything?

I ported my primary number into my CRM recently because everyone has that number and for work. My entire family has that number too.

Now my wife, her boyfriends, my siblings, aunties, uncles and all my friends message me and call me through the CRM. Every conversation is on the CRM. I don’t really mind too much. But is this normal? Does anyone else live out their CRM like this?
