If you are using Google Business for email and also Google Drive, my question at the end is for you!
We are an email service provider that also has a very simple sales CRM. Our philosophy for the first version was: Less is more!
So after five minutes you will understand our CRM. But there are lots of features missing like invoicing and all what sucks when you first implement a new CRM.
One idea is to focus our CRM development on a deep integration with Google, with the goal of integrating services like
- Google Calendar (we have an integration, but it can be improved)
- The tool for finding appointments (like Calendly in Google Business Email).
- Google Drive (to open folders)
- Google Meet (links to the video conference room)
- Google Sheets reports (to extract specific data)
- Gmail (for syncing contacts)
- Automations (create quotes and invoices direct within Google Drive and so on)
We ourselves and many of our customers already use Google Business or at least Gmail and/or Drive, and I think more and more of them will.
How do you like the idea?
Any suggestions?
