I was tasked with finding a CRM that offers a sophisticated online portal where customers can log in, book courses, sign in to events, etc. Ideally, users should also be able to pay for the services by credit card or receive an invoice with banking information.

The idea is that courses are hosted online and offline. After purchasing an offline course, customers should receive details on the date, location, etc., by email. For an online course, customers should receive custom hyperlinks to log in to the webinar.

I’m open to any recommendations you might have, whether they’re cloud-based or self-hosted solutions. Thank you very much for all suggestions.
