I am looking for a CRM that I can integrate with Sage 100 and possibly our phone system.

The main purpose of the CRM is to manage email distribution to our customer service team. We’d like to set up multiple groups, with each having a round-robin for incoming emails. Adding additional communication methods (SMS, WhatsApp, etc.) would be beneficial.

It would be great if the CRM could poll our SQL database to pull customer data, including contact info and sales records.

Ideally, I’d like to integrate the CRM with our phone system so that when a customer calls, the CRM automatically opens whatever records it has for the customer. If this means integrating with our existing and dated in-house NEC VOIP system or upgrading to something else, I am open to all options.

Does anyone know of a solution that can offer what I’m looking for?
