I’m looking for some input on selecting a few CRMs to demo for an Economic Development organization. We obviously need the basics that it seems like all CRMS have – managing contracts, tracking activities, etc, but we also have some more specific needs like loan tracking, project management, site & building tracking, and recording membership information/payments.

I have experience with CRMs from past jobs, but with a very different focus on sales. In my googling EDC Forge, Cloud Nine, and Executive Pulse all came up but I haven’t heard of any of them. Does anyone have any insight or experience in selecting a CRM for this type of focus?
