My friend is running a small e-commerce business. He made a navigate website for his own use, but later I suggested that he share this website online to see if other e-commerce sellers need this website or not. We’ve already talked about the future development about this site. We think adding different tools in the website such as amazon keyword searcher, SEO tool, or imagecompressors, etc.. and then charge a monthly fee to access all these tools. We agreed on that, but the problem is that he’s quite stubborn about how to improve the site right now. There’re a lot tools involoving email marketing, affiliate marketing, ads, influencer marketing on the site, but I have to say some part of his site’s contents aren’t integrate, I mean, not enough and not in right order. A little chaotic…

I think he could really use some suggestions from redditors…
